Philosophy & Beliefs
The philosophy of The Learning Tree Christian School, Inc., (TLT) is that all children are capable of learning. Our goal is to provide a loving Christian education that will foster a strong Faith in God—as Creator, Provider, Healer, Protector, and Father. Each child at The Learning Tree will be treated as an individual. Every effort will be made to assist each child in developing spiritually, physically, academically, and socially.
TLT Scripture
The Lord placed this scripture on the heart of Mrs. Wendy Short, Owner/Director of TLT, and made it clear that He wanted His children to be rooted and grounded in God’s Word! Therefore, the students at TLT spend time daily in Bible Teaching and Worship, monthly memory verses, as well as a weekly chapel where older students have the opportunity to share their love of Jesus by leading worship, reading scriptures and/or participating in skits to teach our younger students about the love of God.
TLT Beliefs
TLT is a Non-Denominational, Charismatic Christian School. We believe in The Holy Trinity; God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and God the Holy Spirit, three in one. We believe that the Holy Scriptures from the Bible are inspired by God himself; John 1:1 – In the beginning there was the word and the word was God.
